5th changes

Hey everyone!

Had to write a little early this week because I am not going to be here on Monday haha.

This week was the last week of this transfer and I am going to be staying here in Lempira but Elder Reyes has changes. Elder Reyes is going to San Pedro Sula to the immigration secretary for the mission. He is really excited to get started there. I havent been told who my new companion is but I will probably know by Sunday night. I'm excited to teach the area to my new comp and get started.

This last week has been packed! Ever since we have been trying to find so many new investigators our schedule has been full. Since our area has a mountain right in the middle of it we try to plan the day so we only have to go up the mountain one or two times but sometimes it doesnt work out so we have to climb the mountain 3 or 4 times a day haha.

On Wednesday we had a service project. We cleaned up the main street in our area with a bunch of other volunteers. We finished pretty quickly and had to wait a little for the lunch to arrive. So we played a pick up soccer game while we waited. I dont think I have ever been so hot in my life haha. It felt like we were playing soccer in an oven! But I still had fun and I definately have come far with my soccer ability since I have gotten here.

This week we met with Francis again. It has been a couple of weeks since we have gotten to talk to her. We thought that she was avoiding us but on Friday we were able to find her at her house. Turns out that her family has been telling her not to talk us and making up all kinds of stuff so that she wouldnt meet with us. But thankfully we were able to talk to her and clear up any questions or doubts that she had. I am glad that she didnt hear these things and run away from the church. She asked us about it and decided who she is going to believe. And she also said something really important when we asked if we could come back. She said that she was going to buy some chairs so that we could sit down and study together. It reminded me that we are not the teachers. We are here to help them study and learn for themselves and not from us.

Anyways that is all for this week. I want to send my love to my cousin Josh on his 18th birthday this week! Happy Birthday Josh! Love you man!

Love you all!
