Dear Hondo
There is a certain yellow lab who has learned so many amazing lessons.
Explaining in his words, Hondo would tell you:
Sit? Immediately!
Lie down? Done!!
Bed? Sure! (For treats)
Drop it? Nope! Not so fast! I quite cleverly grabbed the giant wad of paper towels out of your hand when you were trustingly using it to clean water from under my bowl! So, NO WAY! It's mine now! But feel free to chase me around the house, over and around chairs, tables and from room to room....using the long ottoman as a resting point until you get too close for comfort!! In the end, I'll give it up for treats.
But at the end of the day, when your beloved (mine now) white tennis shoe is presented to me, I absolutely love my life. I chew, gnaw, carry, toss, attack, growl and completely own this tie to you, my best friend.
